Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Notice of Infringement – Claim

A signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed;
Identification of the infringing material, including the URL of the page;
Contact information of the complaining party;
Statement of good faith belief of unauthorized use;
Statement of accuracy of information and authorization to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Section 17 USC §512(f) imposes penalties for knowingly misrepresenting information in an infringement notification under 17 USC §512(c)(3).

Be aware that we may share your identity and information from any copyright infringement claim with the alleged infringer.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you wish to restore material taken down due to a copyright claim, you may send a counter notification to our DMCA Agent. The notification must include:

Your signature;
Description of the removed material and original location;
Statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake;
Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy on copyright infringement. We keep track of DMCA notices and make an effort to identify repeat infringers. Violators of our policy will have their accounts terminated.
